Gone are the days of needing to use rolls and rolls of parchment paper and lumps of spreadable butter. The introduction of these European mats have changed my baking ways forever. They go from the cupboard to the baking sheet to the dishwasher then back into the cupboard. No mess, little clean up and so much less waste.
The initial price seems steep but I have had my mats for years and they are as good as the day I bought them. A little hint: do not use them as cutting boards, they really are not that resilient. Take it from someone who knows!
